Rolling out to your firm

A practical, four-week plan for getting a legal team genuinely using instaSpace.

Buying licences is easy; driving real adoption is the work. A tool only changes how a team works if the rollout is deliberate — so here's a simple, four-week plan that has worked for legal teams, from foundation to habit.

By the end you'll have a concrete plan to take instaSpace from "we have it" to "we use it every day."

This is for the owner, admin, or champion leading the rollout.

Week 1 — Set the foundation

Get the basics right before anyone else arrives. Set up your workspace, decide your roles, and capture two or three of your most common workflows as playbooks. People adopt far faster when the first thing they meet is your way of working, not a blank page.

Week 2 — Pilot with a champion group

Invite a small, motivated group first. Point them at this handbook's getting-started path and give them one real matter to run through instaSpace. Then listen: what worked, what confused them, what they'd want before they'd recommend it to a colleague.

Week 3 — Roll out by team

Expand to full teams. Share the playbooks your pilot refined, write a short internal "how we use instaSpace" note, and point everyone at this site as the place to learn. Momentum from a happy pilot group does most of the selling for you.

Week 4 — Reinforce

Review where it's being used, sharpen playbooks based on the prompts people actually wrote, and celebrate the wins out loud. Make Getting the best results required reading — prompt quality is the difference between mild and dramatic time savings.

Three things that make it stick:

  • Lead with playbooks — encoding your firm's standards turns the AI from generic to genuinely yours.
  • Name a champion per team to answer questions and share good prompts.
  • Make verification a norm, not an afterthought — it's what builds the trust that drives real, daily use.
