Lesson 10 of 29

Building a playbook

Turn a prompt that works into a reusable, one-click workflow for you and your team.

When a prompt produces a great result, you shouldn't have to remember it. A playbook captures that workflow — the approach and the standard you applied — so you, and everyone on your team, can run it again in a single click instead of re-typing it from memory.

By the end you'll know how to save a workflow as a playbook and share it.

Where to look: the Library → Playbooks.

Open Playbooks

From the Library, open Playbooks — your shelf of reusable workflows.

Capture a workflow

Create a playbook from a prompt that works well — your standard NDA review, say, or a clause-position redline. Give it a clear name and a short description so teammates know exactly when to reach for it.

Run it, and share it

Apply a playbook to a contract to get a consistent result every time — no remembering the exact wording. Then share it across your organization so the whole team works from the same standards. This is the single most powerful way to make instaSpace reflect your firm's way of working.

Build playbooks for the reviews and redlines you do most often. Encoding your standard positions once pays off on every future matter — and it's the backbone of a good firm-wide rollout.
