Skills & memory
Teach the assistant your standing positions, let it remember how you work, and turn both off when you need to.
Out of the box the assistant is a capable generalist. These three features make it yours: skills are what you teach it deliberately, memory is what it picks up as you work, and temporary chat is how you switch both off for a single question.

Standing instructions — positions, style and sources — applied automatically.
Memory
What the assistant remembers about you across chats, and your say over it.
Temporary chat
Ask without keeping a record — no history, no memory.

Knowing when they applied
An answer shaped by either says so. Under the reply, a line reads "Personalised · 2 skills, memory", and the Behind this answer panel names each skill and why it fired — always, you chose it, matter: Acquisition, jurisdiction: Oman. Nothing is applied invisibly.
Workspace controls: an owner can switch personal memory and temporary chat off for everyone under Settings → Data controls. Every change there is audited.
