instaSpace
Lesson 28 of 29

Single sign-on (SSO)

Sign in with your existing identity, and what SSO means for organizations.

Single sign-on lets people use their existing work identity to reach instaSpace — simpler for users, easier to govern for IT.

For everyone

Alongside email passcodes, you can sign in with Google or Microsoft — use the button that matches your work account.

The sign-in screen with Continue with Google and Continue with Microsoft options.
Sign in with the Google or Microsoft account your organization already uses.

For organizations

Standardizing on SSO means access follows your identity provider: when someone joins or leaves in your directory, their instaSpace access can follow. It's the cleanest way to keep access tidy as a team grows.

Confirm before relying on this: enterprise SSO specifics — supported providers, SAML/OIDC, enforced SSO, and automated provisioning (SCIM) — depend on your plan and configuration. Check what's available for your account with your instaSpace representative.
